It is not water soluble thus it continues to work regardless of the weather conditions. If however, you wish to keep the chamois dry, it can also be effectively used by simply applying it directly to the groin region.

The Agu Cahmois Balm is vaseline based and is used to prevent chafing. It is not water soluable so will not be washed away by perspiration or rain.

USAGE: Apply the cream onto the chamois and rub in gently using your fingers.
